Responsibilities
Development and implementation of crypto-related products, including but not limited to crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending, etc.Take a hands-on role in influencing and guiding day-to-day development activities by leading architecture decisions, participating in designs, design review, code review, and implementationUnderlying infrastructure/architectural upgradesImprove the effectiveness of our core exchange systemSet up and maintain the system infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience10+ years of experience with a full lifecycle of software developmentProficient in Core Java, and familiar with spring frameworkProficient in TCP/IP or other network protocolsProficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DBProficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principlesProven experience in designing and developing architectures supporting a large user basesquickly locate issue and provide appropriate solutionsProvide technical guidance to developersGood cross-team communication skills & strong self-drive & technological acumen
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in spring cloud and microservice designWorking experience on backend system of large internet companyPerformance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.3+ years of experience in people managementFinancial products related experiences like lending, margin, futures, etc.Why Binance
