Job Description

The Asia Regional In-Force Management team plays a key role in optimizing the performance of our in-force insurance portfolio, ensuring long-term value for both customers and shareholders. As an Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will support the identification, analysis, and execution of initiatives that enhance the value of our in-force business across multiple markets in Asia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and local teams, gain exposure to cross-functional projects, and develop a strong understanding of insurance business drivers. You will also contribute to data analysis, reporting, and project coordination, while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of in-force portfolio performance or product lines to identify areas for improvement.

  • Participate in local market and regional projects as needed, including hands-on involvement as additional resource to the local markets for planning and execution efforts.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Actuarial, Distribution, Operations) to align efforts and ensure effective execution.

  • Collaborate with regional and country analytics teams to enhance tools and dashboards for monitoring key inforce metrics.

  • Document and share best practices across markets to promote continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for regular reporting processes, including monthly and quarterly updates on inforce performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, economics, or any scientific discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting.

  • Exposure to insurance product development and actuarial concepts, or financial analysis

  • Steady progress in actuarial exams is a plus.
