As an AI Engineer, you will work on model optimization and have opportunities to engage in academic research, explore new algorithms and technologies, and create innovative applications and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Agentic AI System Development & Optimization:Build and optimize core modules of our Agentic AI platform, including user context management, short/long-term memory mechanisms, tool-calling engine, and cross-module collaboration workflows.
- RAG & Knowledge Base Module Design:Design and refine retrieval processes (chunking, embedding, retriever), implement query rewriting, context construction, and prompt engineering to enhance multi-domain knowledge recall and response quality.
- Full-Stack Integration & API Development:Develop and optimize backend services and APIs (REST/SSE/WebSocket), and collaborate with frontend teams (Vue/React) to deliver a visualized Agent development environment and seamless platform integration.
- LLM Evaluation Framework Design:Establish evaluation workflows for LLM response quality, including automated test sets, metric design (faithfulness, consistency, retrieval quality), model behavior monitoring, and iterative improvement mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, capable of independently delivering mid-sized system modules.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks, including API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with Docker for environment setup and deployment management.
- Database proficiency (DBMS), solid SQL knowledge; ORM experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM/Agentic development framework (e.g., LangChain) and ability to design basic Agentic workflows.
- Strong system thinking skills to break down requirements into stable, maintainable engineering architectures.
