The Senior Accounts Executive supports the Accounts Manager in handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies. This role is hands-on and critical to maintaining smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1 Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
2 Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and management accounts.
3 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
4 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST and corporate tax filings.
5 Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
6 Monitor property-related transactions, including rental income, commission, and sales proceeds.
7 Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
8 Assist in process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
1 Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
3 Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.
4 Experience in property or real estate industry preferred.
5 Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
6 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
