Responsibilities
- Review and verify expense details, including supporting documents and budget alignment; perform accurate accounting entries.
- Manage and execute accounting and financial processes for the company's overseas operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including internal management statements and account reconciliation reports.
- Handle intercompany transactions across multiple brands within the group and compile cost allocation reports.
- Conduct expense variance analysis and provide insights for financial planning and optimization.
- Support special projects and assignments as delegated by management.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in full set accounting or audit. Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, including functions such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Fluency in spoken English is a plus.)
