This role is part of the local client team for one of adm Indicia's largest global accounts a long-term partnership that has recently entered a new phase of strategic growth in the Taiwan market. As the day-to-day operational lead in the market, the Senior Account Manager/ Account Manager plays a vital role in delivering excellence, fostering trust, and helping the team unlock further value upstream.
The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with the Regional Account Director, Operational Team Lead and regional leads across performance, operations, and sourcing. Although they have no direct reports, this role is a key influencer within the in-market team, helping coordinate delivery, maintain momentum, and drive continuous optimisation.
Purpose of the role
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) / Account manager (AM) plays a key role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects throughout the entire marketing production lifecycle. They serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and impact. This role requires someone who can manage complex workstreams, contribute to strategic discussions, and ensure every touchpoint meets or exceeds expectations.
With a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end PPOSM/print / POSM production delivery process from brief to execution, the SAM/AM ensures consistency, collaborative momentum, and ongoing improvement. They also assist the Operational Team Lead in identifying opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous development.
