This role is part of the local client team for one of marketing business services largest global accounts a long-term partnership that has recently entered a new phase of strategic growth. As the day-to-day operational lead in the market, the Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in delivering excellence, fostering trust, and helping the team unlock further value upstream.
The SAM will collaborate closely with the Group Account Director/Account Director, Operational Team Lead, and regional leads across performance, operations, and sourcing. Although they have no direct reports, this role is a key influencer within the in-market team, helping coordinate delivery, maintain momentum, and drive continuous optimisation.
Purpose of the role
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) plays a key role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects throughout the entire marketing production lifecycle. They serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and impact. This role requires someone who can manage complex workstreams, contribute to strategic discussions, and ensure every touchpoint meets or exceeds expectations.
With a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end print / POSM production delivery process from brief to execution, the SAM ensures consistency, collaborative momentum, and ongoing improvement. They also assist the Operational Team Lead in identifying opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous development.
