Our client, a well-established minerals trading company (MNC) is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Handle account receivable, account payable and general ledger functions
- Handlegeneralaccountfunctions(e.g.:dataentriesandpreparevouchers,etc.)
- Prepare the exchange rate applied in the whole Group
- Perform loan and bank reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing
- Maintain full set of books and relevant reports for small entities
- Carry out any ad hoc assignment from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, or a related field experience is preferred
- 1-2 years book-keeping / accounting experience in Trading or Manufacturing industry is preferred
- Freshgraduateswillalsobeconsidered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in using FLEX accounting software is preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and good interpersonal skill.
