Senior Account & Business Development Specialist

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Account & Business Development Specialist to lead and execute sales initiatives across key customers and internal teams, both domestically and internationally. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, expanding business opportunities, and integrating cross-functional resources to achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of sales plans with customers, overseas affiliates, and internal sales teams
• Co-develop sales strategies and product roadmaps for key accounts in collaboration with sales teams
• Handle customer complaints swiftly and effectively to minimize impact on customers and the company
• Plan and develop new customers, new products, and cross-department product categories, including sales proposals and go-to-market plans
• Integrate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Guide the team in collecting global market intelligence and driving business development plans
• Grow together with team members by supporting career development and capability enhancement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade, Business, Management, or related fields
• Fluent in Chinese & English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Solid understanding of international trade fundamentals and import/export operations

Preferred Skills & Experiences

• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated with strong logical thinking and organizational abilities
• Proven problem-solving, data analysis, and data interpretation skills, with attention to both process and results
• International trade or related experience, preferably in the home dcor or furnishings industry
• Experience in marketing and business development is a plus
• Additional language skills in Japanese, Spanish, or German are highly desirable
