Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute cross-border business development strategy, market expansion strategy, and annual business plans. Measure their effectiveness to achieve target business and profitability KPI.
  • Develop feasible marketing plans including but not limited to customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling strategies and media promotion to enhance cross-border customer management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments and parent Bank on business implementation and project detail to ensure the project in proper operation and maintenance.
  • Monitor business progress, report business data, prepare summary, analysis and reporting materials on a regular/ad hoc basis.
  • Communicate and cooperate with product departments to continuously optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Understand laws and regulations, market dynamics, industry conditions and risk management of cross-border business.
  • Research and analyze regional policies to formulate regional development, business strategies and supporting service plans in conjunction with actual circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in segment management and business strategy management, including2 years of which in managerial level and retail banking business
  • Profound knowledge and experience in Business development / Marketing planning
  • Knowledge in projects about China financial industry and experience in China project management
  • With good people network in China and ability to communicate with Chinese financial entities independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
