Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of Cisco security solutions such as SASE, Zero Trust, Secure X, etc.
- Support pre-sales activities including customer requirements analysis, technical discussions, solution design, and proposal support.
- Participate in planning, implementation, and delivery of security service projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate closely with customers, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Provide security architecture consulting, and prepare technical documentation, statements of work, and project deliverables. Stay updated with industry trends and drive innovation and best practices in security technologies.
TechnicalRequirements
- Familiarity with security architecture including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust, and access control.
- Proficiency in Cisco security products such as Secure Firewall, Umbrella, ISE, Secure X, etc. Experience in pre-sales technical support and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Understanding of security service project lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred/Required)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or CCIE Security are preferred.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with effective consulting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
