Your team
Your team are WM Ops team in UBS Securities Taipei Branch. The major tasks is to manage the securities settlement, corporate action, regulatory reporting, client on boarding, client life cycle management, offboarding and new initiatives/ products.
Your expertise
- Trade Settlement Execution: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of securities transactions across multiple markets and products (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, etc.).
- Break Resolution: Investigate and resolve trade settlement discrepancies
- Custodian & Counterparty Coordination: Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth settlement processes and resolve exceptions.
- Risk & Control
- Operational Risk Awareness: Identify and escalate potential risks in the settlement process, ensuring adherence to control standards and audit requirements.
- Client Focus: Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients, ensuring prompt resolution of settlement-related queries.
- Team Contribution: Support team initiatives, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline settlement processes and reduce manual touchpoints.
- Change Management: Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and implementation of new market practices.
Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and internal policy updates through ongoing training and self-learning.
