Job Description:

The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver business value effectively. This role coaches and supports teams in Agile ways of working, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, and Business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery, collaboration, and highquality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams to become highperforming, selforganising, and outcomefocused
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and release planning
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery and flow
• Protect the team from external disruptions and unplanned work
• Promote transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies across Business, IT, and Operations
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset through coaching, feedback, and experimentation
• Encourage strong collaboration across crossfunctional and onshore/offshore teams

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor Degree
• 7-9 years of experience
