Job Description:

The Role:

  • Perform day to day on wafer testing to support Entegris application and R&D requests.
  • Support Global R&D and Apps team for WEC/Litho applications Filtration/Purification products in on-wafer analyses.
  • Apply and support develop advanced on-wafer testing methods.
  • Locate in Entegris Taiwan Technology Center in Zhudong, Hsinchu.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct day to day operation using on-wafer tools as well as maintain up-time of the on-wafer tool.
  • Work closely with other metrology team members and combine organic, metal, and particle results to understand whole picture of product performance.
  • Ensure safety while handling some of the most hazardous chemistries such as OK73, TMAH used in semi-industry
  • Deliver accurate, repeatable and reproducible on wafer testing results to global R&D and Apps team to expedite new product development cycle, improve product stability/performance, and improve productivity.
  • Survey new on wafer testing techniques to ensure long term competitiveness.
  • Hands-on management of chemical and waste inventories, including material handling, status monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations; actively contribute to continuous improvement of lab systems such as 6S and EHS.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • BS/MS Degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science.
  • Over 3 years working experience as an Equipment engineer, process engineer, FSE/FAE/RD engineer.
  • Experiences in lab/fab environment is a must.
  • Willing to learn 300mm wafer wet/lithography process and hardware is a must.
  • Willing to work the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM is a must. When necessary, the schedule may be adjusted to a regular day shift to accommodate company activities.
  • Experiences handling highly hazardous chemicals, such as OK73, TMAH is highly preferred.
  • Possessing the ability to independently analyze equipment issues and resolve problems is a must.
  • Proficient English conversation skill is highly preferred.
  • Experiences in lithography track tool (TEL Lithius Pro Z/V, ACT12, etc) is highly preferred.
  • Experiences in defect inspection/review tool (KLA Surfscan series/eDR7000 series, AMAT SEMVision series, etc) is a plus.
  • Experiences in various 300mm wafer process tool is a plus.
  • Knowledge in various metrology techniques is a plus.
