Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taipei for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, managing a pipeline of prospective customers, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role includes conducting market research to identify opportunities, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals, communicate effectively, and build relationships with clients.
  • Analytical and Market Research skills to identify customer needs, evaluate market trends, and create tailored sales strategies.
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office) is beneficial.
