Overview:

As a focal point for the Communication & Transportation Business Group (CTBG), you will specialize in building and optimizing our sales tech ecosystem. This high-impact role empowers sales teams to boost productivity while providing management with enhanced visibility into performance. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our tools drive tangible sales excellence.

You must be both tech-savvy and AI-savvy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across regions and functions. You are responsible for converting their wishlist into high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee a robust tech stack from a power-user perspective, ensuring seamless integration and performance across platforms. Key systems involved include Salesforce CRM (Manufacturing Cloud), MS Power BI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, alongside our proprietary In-house Quotation, Forecasting, and Budgeting platforms. Your goal is to elevate the user experience in these tools.

Based within the CTBG Sales Excellence team and reporting to the Senior Manager at the US headquarters, this role is a 50/50 blend of Business and Technology. We are seeking a versatile talent who can balance strategic business insight with technical proficiency to thrive in our fast-growing, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business strategy and technical implementation, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the sales technology stack to enable sales acceleration.
  • Navigate usersfrom executives to first-line repsthrough classic core systems and cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions.
  • Work with BG/BU/Sales leaders to harmonize processes, systems, ways of working, and data inputs to facilitate maximum value from CRM and associated reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Corp ISIT and DTO team, other system owners, and third-party consultants to ensure optimal information and content flow within and across the systems.
  • Be the go-to person within the business, training colleagues to use our CRM and other sales tools effectively.
  • Build and refresh user guides and processes to support the effective use of our CRM and other sales tools.
  • Produce regular reporting for BU and Sales leaders, delivering self-service reporting where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Sales Tech Tools (eg, Salesforce, Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and AI Tools (eg, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) as a consultant, developer, or administrator with abundant user-facing experience
  • Process improvement experience on sales forecasting, quotation, and/or sales quota processes.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant or administrator with relevant certification is a plus.
  • MS Power BI Admin or report-building experience, from data preparation to visualization creation, and report delivery, is a plus.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Admin or user experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and the Chinese language
  • Experience in collaborating with the IT team to roll out new features and enhancements for 100+ users across the world
  • Well-organized and effective project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people and to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with competencies in team dynamics by leading and motivating to obtain desired results
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to work with large amounts of records, identifying issues and resolutions to manage data integrity.
  • Ability to support 3-5 hours of weekly cross-timezone meetings (supporting stakeholders in Germany, Ireland, US West and Central, and Asia).
