We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team in Taiwan. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales operations by ensuring smooth processes, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, management, and clients to help achieve business objectives, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions to provide sales teams with reliable and up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support sales planning and decision-making.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to sales staff and customers.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and verify billing statements and invoices for clients on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accuracy in billing processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile payments and address billing inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of sales commission reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of sales contracts and agreements.
- Support contract preparation, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate with legal and management teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining an organized portfolio of existing customers and prospects.
- Support customer onboarding, inquiries, and service requests in collaboration with sales representatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to customer interaction in Taiwan.
- Prior experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and information sales platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Excel/reporting skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
