Location: Prathipthong Village, Rayong 
Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of purchase orders received from customers
 - Update the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) files weekly and monthly
 - Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) according to MRP
 - Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Customs Broker regarding delivery plans
 - Coordinate with local suppliers for delivery to customer factories
 - Prepare data for tax invoice issuance
 - Record invoice data
 - Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to align with the MRP timeline
 - Handle office administration tasks such as PR for office supplies and ensure readiness of office equipment
 - Perform other tasks as assigned
 
Requirements:
- Vocational Certificate or higher in Accounting or Business Administration
 - Experience in documentation and coordination with customers and internal departments
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTable functions) and SAP system
 - Able to read and write in English
 - Detail-oriented, eager to learn, with good problem-solving skills
