Were looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive to join our Taiwan team! In this role, youll be the backbone of our sales operations helping the team run smoothly, maintain accurate reports, and provide excellent customer support.
What Were Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong English skills; Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Preferred: local candidates in Taiwan.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and update CRM systems to keep customer data accurate.
- Track leads, orders, and client interactions for sales teams.
- Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Assist with billing, contracts, and sales commissions.
- Support customer onboarding, inquiries, and service requests.
