We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Taiwan team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the credit investigation and risk assessment market, with the ability to identify new opportunities, foster long-term partnerships, and drive business growth. The Sales Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and negotiation skills to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the companys growth strategy.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to expand market reach and drive new revenue streams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide ongoing support and consultative services to clients, positioning the company as a trusted business partner.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market intelligence into product offerings and sales strategies.
Lead the preparation, drafting, and execution of sales contracts and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential and existing clients.
Support management in strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Language Proficiency: English Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing at a proficient level (TOEIC 800 or above required).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales-related roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Technical & Professional Skills:
o Customer data maintenance and updates.
o International business development and channel sales.
o Business negotiation and contract management.
o Product presentation, sales pitching, and handling customer complaints.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with credit investigation, KYC, compliance, or risk assessment industries is highly advantageous.
