Job Description

The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of the company's core products and solutions, execute structured business development initiatives, and build long-term relationships with clients within the ICT solution industry. This role requires experience in IT infrastructure sales, hands-on exposure to networking, server, storage, and security solutions, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products, solutions, and value propositions.
  • Execute business development strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and manage customer relationships.
  • Support new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in planning and selling system and network equipment, servers, storage, or cybersecurity solutions are preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in the ICT industry with an understanding of market trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and matrixed organization is a plus.
