Sales Operations Manager (Pan Internet) - Volcano Engine

1. Responsible for the daily and project-based work of department industry line sales operation management 2. Carry out full pipeline and forecast management from the formulation and decomposition of sales targets to the actual completion stage, set calculation logic, and follow up the progress of results 3. Carry out customer management, including customer database construction and data sorting, and formulate customer data management rules based on business needs manage the entire process of customer transactions from lead business opportunities to account collection, formulate reasonable management methods and promote implementation formulate sales codes of conduct related to customer management, and promote implementation and regular monitoring 4. Participate in department operation analysis, discover key issues from business data, and make suggestions to support decision-making 5. Promote the online process of sales management.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in sales operations or sales management 2. Applicants with customer management experience, and those who have been responsible for full-time customer management work are preferred 3. Applicants with experience in using CRM systems, and those with experience in introducing/building CRM systems are preferred 4. Have forward-looking and innovative spirit, strong self-motivation and learning ability.
