- Brand & Product Portfolio Management - Manage a portfolio of frozen food products, noodles, snacks and confectionery brands, beverages including identifying new product opportunities and overseeing inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination - Liaise with vendors and business partners on product sourcing, pricing, and trading terms to support commercial objectives.
- Team Leadership & Supply Chain Oversight - Supervise the team to ensure effective supply chain and product management, covering pricing, production capacity, shipment schedules, and stock control, in order to maintain strong business competitiveness.
- Market Insight & Revenue Growth - Identify and analyse market trends, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins.
- Additional Projects - Handle other ad hoc initiatives as assigned to support business development and operational improvement.
