About Your Team

The Wholesale business is a key focus of FIL SITE's as well as Fidelity International's business plans. The Taiwan Wholesale team comprises 28 sales professionals/supports is responsible for partnering closely with intermediary clients in Taiwan and internal stakeholders to provide them with investment solutions that meet their needs as well as providing first class servicing. Our clients include local and international banks, insurance companies, securities firms and online platforms. The team is also responsible for developing and executing a sound and effective sales strategy that will help Fidelity International meet its ambitious business growth targets as well as increase the brand recognition and market share of FIL SITE in Taiwan.

About Your Role

The candidate will be primarily responsible for looking after an assigned list of wholesale clients and working effectively with internal stakeholders to grow Fidelity International's wholesale business in Taiwan.

About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Retention Initiatives
  • Develop and implement proactive asset retention programs to minimize outflows and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Analyze client redemption trends to identify at-risk segments and design targeted retention strategies.
  • Partner with relationship managers and branch teams to deliver tailored client engagement and retention plans.
  • Sales Management
  • Oversee and monitor sales performance across key distribution channels to ensure the achievement of business targets.
  • Provide tactical support and guidance to front-line sales teams to enhance execution effectiveness.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs, assess the impact of sales campaigns, and adjust strategies to maximize productivity and outcomes.
  • Wealth Solutions (WS) Strategy & Initiatives
  • Lead WS-related business strategies and initiatives to drive growth, enhance product penetration, and improve overall competitiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and investment teams to launch new offerings or optimize existing ones.
  • Drive digital engagement and advisory enablement initiatives to elevate client experience and improve sales efficiency.
  • Serve as project lead on key WS-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Sales & Branch Engagement
  • Conduct regular branch visits to strengthen relationships with distribution partners and field teams.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product training, and client event support to enhance field engagement.
  • Gather market insights and client feedback to inform business planning, sales strategy, and product positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 58 years of experience in wealth management, investment sales, or distribution mana
