Job Description

  • Lead commercial progression of potential opportunities identified by the business development team, including requirement alignment, solution discussion, pricing negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain longterm relationships and coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution and product delivery.
  • Develop and grow relationships within the Taiwan semiconductor ecosystem, expanding both existing and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer pain points to propose practical, highvalue business solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on key accounts, business progress, market dynamics, and potential risks to management.
  • Support longterm strategic partnerships across industry and academia based on company growth needs.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductorrelated sales, business development, or account management, with strong understanding of the Taiwan semiconductor landscape (e.g., IC design, IP design, ASIC).
  • Proven success in leading or significantly contributing to mediumtolarge commercial projects from negotiation through contract signing.
  • Strong account management capability with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly selfdriven, proactive, and effective in fastchanging, uncertain environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate commercial value clearly and make pragmatic decisions under pressure.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and market trends, with continuous learning motivation.
