Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in areas such as securities, underwriting, investor relations, and public relations for listed companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining corporate connections, a sales-driven mindset, and a keen interest in achieving high bonus potential. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, including public and private companies.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Network Development: Leverage your extensive corporate network to expand the company's reach and strengthen its market position.

Achieve Revenue Targets: Work towards and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cross-selling services, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Deepen understanding of QIC's existing product and service offerings, ensuring a comprehensive grasp to successfully introduce them to clients.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of turnkey solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Experience: 5 years of business work experience in areas such as securities, underwriting, investor relations, and public relations for listed companies.

Underwriting Experience (Preferred): Experience or familiarity with underwriting processes would be advantageous for this role.

Corporate Network: Strong existing corporate connections within the industry.

Sales Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

High Bonus Motivation: Strong interest in achieving high bonus potential.
