Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Taiwan.
  • Manage and expand key accounts, with strong focus on Costco Taiwan
  • Lead structured channel development initiatives across modern trade and retail distribution networks.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and annual business plans with key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams (including Shanghai) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strong in-store execution, inventory management, and promotional effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Location Flexibility: Preferably able to work in both Taiwan and Shanghai.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 58 years of FMCG sales experience
  • Channel Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing Costco Taiwan and modern retail channels.
  • Proven track record in sales management, channel development, and key account management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of Taiwan retail distribution dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional stakeholders.
