Purpose of position

  • Bring Astellas MISSION - Turn Innovative Science to VALUE for Patients in the field by people capability
  • development and external eco-system management.
  • Identify people capability development strategy and action by people daily working status observation. Build
  • challenge and aggressive territory goal (finance and customer management).
  • Optimize manpower and resource allocation in specific region and therapeutic area. At the same time, maximize
  • ATW influence power in external healthcare eco-system

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • People management
  • Build high-performance team with openness and transparency culture setting up.
  • Regional Market brand mix planning and execution
  • Lead brand mix promotion plan and execution cross team members (MRs/CSM).
  • Co-work with CSM IN local new launch readiness, society events and cross hospitals collaborations program to solve potential patient pain points within treatment journey
  • Sales management and strategy
  • Achieve annual sales goal by clear territory strategy, resource allocation and new technologies implementation
  • Activities and resource management
  • Optimize resource allocation and suitable activities type, frequency to achieve sales goal

  • Education: College & above majoring in medical or pharmacy is preferred.
  • Skills: Sales, good analytical, problem solving and good in interpersonal relationship
  • Experience: At least 3 year of related working experiences
  • Culture :Proactiveness, good teamwork, strong integrit and transparency personality
  • Others: Good Computer and presentation skill
