A global industrial manufacturing group is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power customers in Taiwan.
This is a senior, field‑based role focused on expanding customer relationships, developing new business, and owning the full sales cycle in a high‑growth regional market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development and order intake across O&G, Chemical and Power segments
- Act as the primary customer interface, working closely with end users, EPCs, and partners
- Drive pipeline growth, account strategy, and pricing input
- Collaborate with application engineering and internal stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within O&G, petrochemical, power or heavy industrial markets
- Strong hunter mindset with proven new‑customer acquisition and growth track record
- Experience selling engineered or industrial equipment/solutions
- Comfortable managing both direct and indirect sales channels
- Based in Taiwan (Taipei), with strong local market knowledge and network
