Job Description
- Develop and execute Manufacturing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, effectively managing complex sales cycle demands unique to financial services clients (e.g., regulatory compliance requirements, risk management priorities).
- Build and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline while educating Manufacturing customers on solution value propositions, pricing models, and competitive differentiators that address their core pain points (such as data security, digital transformation, regulatory reporting).
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key Manufacturing stakeholders, including C-level executives, risk management teams, and IT leaders, to drive recurring business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze Manufacturing market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to identify untapped opportunities, and adapt sales strategies proactively to capitalize on emerging industry needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Manufacturing client requirements, enabling seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies (e.g., CRM optimization, sales automation tools) to streamline the Manufacturing-focused sales process, enhancing efficiency and deal-conversion rates.
- Lead and participate in sales negotiations with Manufacturing clients, leveraging deep industry insights to address objections and contribute to successful deal closings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and hands-on Manufacturing sales experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing-focused sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Manufacturing industry, with demonstrable experience in sales enablement and pipeline management.
- Expertise in developing industry-specific sales strategies, customer relationship management, and Manufacturing market analysis.
- A self-driven continuous learner who stays updated on Manufacturing regulatory changes, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
