Sales Manager

Job Description

• Achieve the monthly personal sales targets set by the Company.
• Provide professional skincare and wellness consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
• Work closely with therapists and the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve outlet sales targets.
• Perform general administrative duties, including customer record management and appointment coordination.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
