Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Taipei. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating sales strategies, and meeting revenue objectives. Key responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Networking skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Leadership and Team Management experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the recycling, waste management, or related industries is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
