We are looking for a Business Manager with strong independent development skills, a valuable professional network, and the proven ability to lead teams and drive performance growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Development & Management: Understand customer needs, build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Industry Focus: Drive opportunities in precision mechanics (plastics, metals) and electro-mechanical integration across sectors such as ICT, Consumer electronics, Consumer, Medical devices, Energy / EV / e-bike, Servers / AI, Industrial automation.
- Project Leadership: Lead RFQ bidding and negotiations to increase success rates.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with PMs and internal teams to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
- Solution Delivery: Provide customers with design-to-mass production services or full integrated hardware solutions tailored to their needs.
- Team Leadership: Own revenue targets and lead the sales team to achieve higher performance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanical, or business-related fields.
- 10+ years total work experience, with at least 5 years in sales/business development.
- Proven record of team leadership and delivering performance growth.
- Familiarity with OEM/ODM business models and international markets.
- Background in precision mechanics or hardware solution development preferred.
