Job Description

Chain-Ray is a Taiwan-based engineering and manufacturing partner specializing in precision mechanical components and integrated electro-mechanical solutions. We provide end-to-end services from design, validation, and prototyping to mass production, supporting global customers across industries.

Building on our proven strength in mechanical design-to-mass production, we are now expanding into integrated hardware solutions that combine electronics and mechanics.

We are looking for a Business Manager with strong independent development skills, a valuable professional network, and the proven ability to lead teams and drive performance growth.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Development & Management: Understand customer needs, build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Industry Focus: Drive opportunities in precision mechanics (plastics, metals) and electro-mechanical integration across sectors such as ICT, Consumer electronics, Consumer, Medical devices, Energy / EV / e-bike, Servers / AI, Industrial automation.
  • Project Leadership: Lead RFQ bidding and negotiations to increase success rates.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with PMs and internal teams to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
  • Solution Delivery: Provide customers with design-to-mass production services or full integrated hardware solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Own revenue targets and lead the sales team to achieve higher performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanical, or business-related fields.
  • 10+ years total work experience, with at least 5 years in sales/business development.
  • Proven record of team leadership and delivering performance growth.
  • Familiarity with OEM/ODM business models and international markets.
  • Background in precision mechanics or hardware solution development preferred.

  • Integrity and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in both Chinese and English).
  • Team leadership and performance management capability.
