Job Summary
Drive sales growth by proactively reaching new clients through cold calling and visits, delivering expert product advice and lighting consultations onsite, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets with accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls and in-person visits to acquire new clients and expand market reach
- Execute strategies to increase market share and client base
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide clear, accurate sales advice and product presentations tailored to client needs
- Deliver onsite lighting consultations and professional advice to clients
- Identify client issues promptly and implement effective resolutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Prepare weekly sales progress reports and collect field data for management review
- Communicate effectively with contractors, business owners, and interior designers
- Travel within Singapore as needed to meet clients and provide consultations
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to travel around Singapore for client visits and onsite consultations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in Lighting
