Role Overview
As the Sales Excellence Manager, you will serve as a key Strategic Lead in the Sales domain for the Communication & Transportation Business Group (CTBG), which is a high-impact and high-visibility role in a fast-growing business.
This role is part of the CTBG Sales Excellence team and reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Excellence at the US headquarters. It's a 65% business and 35% technology role, so we seek a versatile talent to collaborate and elevate our end-to-end Sales Experience to the next level.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and execute high-impact sales projects, including Sales Training programs, Sales Tech implementation, Sales process optimization, etc., to achieve the OKRs.
- Executive Communication & Decision Support: Collaborate directly with C-Suite, SVP, and VP-level stakeholders to provide strategic suggestions, data-driven insights, and decision support aligned with the Rhythm of Business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with ISIT, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Global Sales Transformation: Drive Corporate-level, cross-BGBU, and cross-region sales initiatives to harmonize global sales efforts.
- Sales Productivity: Enhance the efficiency of frontline sales representatives by simplifying management processes and implementing best-in-class sales tools.
