Job Description

Job Purpose:

The success of our series of liquid particle counters in the material supply chain is crucial to the business growth of PMS Taiwan. We are seeking a Business Development professional to help capture market share in a highly competitive landscape. Furthermore, our strategic partner shows potential to adopt a Key Account Management model, enabling close collaboration to pursue mutual benefits through our unique strengths and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Worked with Senior Sales Specialist to plan and execute global strategies to meet annual goals & key product target.

2. Listen to our customers needs and provide Contamination Monitoring Solutions in whole production process.

3. Utilize internal and external resources to capture market share in a highly competitive market environment.

4. Work closely with different departments (Application & Service) and regions to link up potential business opportunities and exchange market information.

5. Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate relevant resources to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Use SFDC/CRM tools to update pipelines and forecasts to ensure business accuracy and tracking.

7. Support marketing activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc.

Qualifications:

Must to have

1. Never Give Up.

2. Bachelor or Master majoring in Science Related is more preferred.

3. At least 3 years selling experience, Business Development experience is highly appreciated.

4. Ability to work independently, but still a good team player.

5. Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues, able to connect easily with people from different fields (QC / RD /process)

6. English communicate skill both in written & oral.

7. Willingness to travel, good time management.

8. Highly stress-resistant, self-motivated, open-minded.

Nice to have

1. Miller Heiman or similar professional Sales Knowledge (SS/CS)

2. New Business / Account Development

3. Familiar with Material Supply Chain & Micron market is highly preferred.
