  • Lead and develop the Taiwan sales teams by setting quarterly and annual goals, providing motivation, guidance, and support to enable successful delivery of the strategic plan.
  • Provide key market direction to both sales and marketing functions by analysing customer needs and industry trends to define the business's future direction.
  • Communicate the company's vision and value proposition clearly with customers and vendors, enhancing brand recognition as a trusted ICT solution provider.
  • Oversee operating and financial results by monitoring performance against plans and budgets, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.

What You Bring

Your extensive background in ICT solution provision equips you with deep industry knowledge as well as practical expertise in growing businesses through relationship-building. As Sales Director you bring not only technical acumen but also emotional intelligenceyour ability to empathise with both clients challenges and team members aspirations sets you apart. You have demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through closing while maintaining transparency around forecasting and reporting.   • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline with at least 10-15 years experience in Solution Provider, Systems Integrator, Managed Service Provider or Communications Infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record in developing new business opportunities while managing robust pipelines of technology deals across multiple sectors.
  • Significant experience in sales roles focused on Manufacturing, Financial Services or Commercial accounts with consistent over-achievement of targets.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer management with an empathetic approach to understanding client needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong technology partner management skills with an emphasis on collaboration for mutual success.
  • Experience managing accurate sales forecasts alongside regular financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to inspire trust among team members while fostering a supportive atmosphere for knowledge sharing.
