Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with global and regional objectives
  • Lead and manage sales channels including Key Accounts, General Trade, Retail, and eCommerce
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across Taiwan market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and major accounts
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking (sell-in / sell-out / inventory management)
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture

The Successful Applicant


  • Strong background in retail industries
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel sales (Retail, KA, Distributor, eCommerce)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and lead organizational transformation
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in P&L management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
