Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with global and regional objectives
- Lead and manage sales channels including Key Accounts, General Trade, Retail, and eCommerce
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across Taiwan market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and major accounts
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking (sell-in / sell-out / inventory management)
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture
The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in retail industries
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel sales (Retail, KA, Distributor, eCommerce)
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and lead organizational transformation
- Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in P&L management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
