Our client is a global leader in FMCG industry with a great company vision. They pursue sustainable growth, bold innovation, and meaningful social impact. They are now looking for a sophisticated Sales Director to drive their sales in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team across all channels-modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce, and trade marketing to consistently achieve business targets.
  • Design and execute tailored sales strategies for each channel, while identifying and building new distributor networks to drive expansion.
  • Integrate sales goals into a 12month rolling forecast, aligning bottomup planning with overarching business objectives.
  • Champion demand planning by collaborating with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and effective S&OP processes.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring consumer trends and adapting sales and demand strategies in response to a dynamic environment.
  • Inspire and develop the sales team through performance reviews, KPI tracking, visit plan oversight, and disciplined cost management.
  • Partner with marketing to align sales initiatives with demand planning and campaign execution.
  • Oversee sales operations including CRM management, reporting, and administrative processes to optimize team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute beyond the role by supporting special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

The Successful Applicant


  • 15+ years solid sales management experience in well-known MNC FMCG companies
  • 5+ years senior managerial role to manage a sizeable sales team
  • A proven leader with a strong record of team development and performance management.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and openminded, thriving in fastchanging environments.
  • Demonstrated initiative and followthrough in achieving both tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Deep expertise in sales strategy, capability building, reporting, and datadriven analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Growth mindset with resilience, strong influencing as well as stakeholders management
