Responsibilities:

  • Be a Business Doctor: Conduct deep-dive conversations with SME owners to diagnose their key bottlenecks in training, efficiency, and growth.
  • Sell a Vision, Not a Product: Clearly demonstrate how our AI-driven learning solutions solve real business problems and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Build Your Pipeline: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and nurturing inbound leads.
  • Close Strategic Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing, building lasting partnerships.
  • Be the Customer's Voice: Share insights from the field to help our team continuously improve our products for the SME market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SME market.
  • A genuine interest in AI and technology and the ability to explain its benefits simply.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Cantonese (essential for building trust with local business owners).
  • A driven and resilient mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment.
  • A strong desire to be part of a mission-driven company that is changing the world of education.
