Sales & Marketing Manager (Korean Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean clients, international customers, and local partners.
- Present products/services to new and existing clients and successfully close deals.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales and marketing plans, forecasts, and reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing activities.
- Lead and manage sales teams (if assigned) to achieve company targets.
- Visit customers locally and internationally as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 57 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent command of Korean (speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.
- Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and related software.
- Previous experience dealing with international clients, especially Korean companies, will be an advantage.
