The RoleThis is a hybrid Sales + Customer Support role. You'll be on the front linehelping users, answering questions, solving problems, and converting interest into action.
This role is not scripted-only. You'll need to think independently, adapt quickly, and figure things out when situations aren't clearly defined.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Comfortable calling and answering phone calls
Able to write clear, professional emails
Creative problem-solver you don't freeze without a script
Patient and empathetic, even with difficult situations
Self-starter figures things out independently
Hardworking, reliable, and consistent
Able to work US time zones
Strong, stable internet connection (required)
