Job Description

Our client is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle sample requests

2. Handle & co-ordinate with regulatory team for Regulation docs requested from customers

3. Update customers product list

4. Check all the internal and external code for the list of customers

5. Assist to handle samples distribution to customers.

6. Any other paperwork or info checking when necessary.

7. And any ad hoc assessments required by employer

Requirements:

  1. least 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferrable
  2. Self-motivated, dedicated, independent and customer-service oriented
  3. Good interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skill
  4. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin skills will be an advantage
  5. Good on skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
