Core Responsibilities
- Strategic account and business management
- Build Key customer relationships/ networking
- Develop and prob business opportunity to grow and meet business target
- Build account planning, identify basic and growth elements to focus on key growth projects strategically.
- Coordinate with cross-function teams to routine business process and new projects.
Required Skill Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree above, Master in Chemistry Science or Engineering will be preferred.
- Industry Experience: 8 plus years Electronic industry experience, either at a PWB, FPCB, or electrochemical material supplier.
- Work Experience: Sales, technical sales, Marketing, PM or process engineering.
- Language Requirement: Fluent Chinese and English language
- Team Leaders Experience: 3 Years plus
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Mindset: Positive thinking, willing to learn, easy to be cooperated, eager to lead, self-driven.
