Job Content

  • Make test plan for new ITE product to release in order to get the safety certification in worldwide
  • Coordinate with 3rd party and control the certification schedule for products
  • Prepare and review 3rd party related documents(description, datasheet, photo and spec) in order to get the safety certification in worldwide
  • Participate in safety design review in Concept/Plan/EV/DV phase, and interpret non-compliance item and give solution to relevant people
  • Guide test engineers on test requirements and develop new test method for new requirements
  • Close inspection on the design of ITE product in terms of IEC 60950-1/IEC 62368-1 requirement and electrical safety during the whole product life cycles

Requirements

  • English communication skill fluency
  • Strong knowledge of ITE safety standards (IEC 609501 / IEC 623681)
  • Experience with global safety certification and thirdparty test labs (CB / UL / TUV)
  • Ability to review certification documents and manage certification schedules
  • Experience in safety design reviews and resolving noncompliance issues
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety design across the product lifecycle
