Main Accountabilities
- Develop and execute trade plans, leveraging POS data analysis to ensure plan effectiveness.
- Manage product and assortment strategy, ensuring smooth execution of NPD and relaunch.
- Monitor key competitor activities, generate actionable insights, and propose improvements for future planning.
- Managing monthly forecasts, distribution, promotion, trade budget, merchandising and continuously seeking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with key accounts, field sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners closely to deliver integrated trade marketing plans that aligned with corporate objectives.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- A bachelors degree is required, Master or MBA is a plus.
- 2-5 years of Trade Marketing experiences in FMCG, beauty/skincare is preferred.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop category insights from data.
- Proven track record of execution excellence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong growth mindset to bring out creative ideas.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
