This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing sales operations, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, and ensuring alignment with finance for forecasting and planning. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving efficient revenue processes, partnering cross-functionally, and enhancing the performance of sales teams. You'll use your analytical skills to provide valuable insights that will shape the future of the organization and contribute to its growth. This position enables you to leverage your experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Drive GTM operations to help sales teams meet targets while aligning with Finance on forecasting.
  • Translate strategy into execution through scalable operating plans and processes.
  • Lead forecasting and analytics, owning weekly forecast cycles and providing actionable insights.
  • Design and manage compensation programs in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership.
  • Support late-stage deal cycles by facilitating pricing approvals and managing quote creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to streamline operations.
  • Design and optimize territories to maximize productivity and ensure balanced workload.
  • Manage the GTM tech stack to ensure data integrity, automation, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 57+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and pipeline analytics.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to foster cross-functional alignment, especially between Sales and Finance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
  • Mindset centered on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
