Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Department Head in a well-organized and timely manner
Schedule appointments with both internal and external parties
Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within Retail Portfolio Team and provide general administrative support to facilitate daily operations
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures. Maintain department databases and records
Compile and prepare major presentations, analysis and reports on a regular basis
Track stock and procurement of office supplies
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 1 year of full-time work experience secretarial experience is preferred
Strong co-ordination and communication skills
Proficient in MS applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and familiar with AI tools
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
